Doing great guys keep it going get there eventually thanks

I am trusting your company to handle my car compensation miss-selling claim and have submitted proof of ID, photographic evidence, signature and email details, plus home address info FOUR times to you to date.
Repeated requests for the same information does not fill me with confidence in your procedures.

You are constantly asking for the same information which I have sent several times along with copy of driving licence . I don't know how many more times you need this .

I always find these experiences a bit daunting I’m not always sure I’ve given you guys the information that is helpful so I’m prepared to accept if you want to contact me for something else I will try and do my best to give you the info you require thank you so far you have been very informative and getting in touch regularly but the above still applies thank you

Waited years and just constantly receive the same email over and over again requesting the same documents or signatures. Five years and counting I think. Waste of time.

Well, they certainly keep me informed and have asked for ID verification on numerous time, which I have supplied.
Yet to see some money, but then so is everybody else.

Good communication from yourself, however having to upload my driving licence for about the fifth time. Why is this don't you keep it on record and it is getting abit annoying now constantly uploading the same things over and over.

I've had this email approx fifteen times and nothing has changed since I first submitted it. Why do you keep sending it

Happy with my experience it has been straight forward and have been kept uptodate

I can see this will take some time to go through, but I am pleased the claims guys have not given in.
JUST keep doing what ever is necessary .

I am responding to you to say that Mr Graham Licence sadly passed away in June. Can his wife continue with the claim?

Really good at keeping me up to date. If any too many emails that I don’t always read! Oops!! All info held securely so I don’t have to worry. If I tried to do myself I know I wouldn’t bother.

Not sure why I get asked for my signature every month. I have already given it three times. I ignored the request last month but am asked for it again this month plus copies of driving licence and proof of identity when there is no offer on the table it feels as though someone is trying to steal my identity.

It is long and repetitive requests for information ive already sent eg photographic evidence driving licence photo. I realise you's are working on this so 🤞.

I keep being asked for ID proof, address proof etc. lost count of times I’ve had to provide this!

Very good service

Working on my claim, but cannot understand why I have to keep sending photographic evidence it will not change from the probable 4 times I have issued this information and also sent my signature umpteen times.

I have no complaints to make.
I am satisfied with the service provided although I am a little confused, because I have had this process for more than 3 or 4 years, I do not know well and nothing happens, but I believe and I am aware that you will do your best for me.
