I won two items from this numismatic auction house. Made payment very promptly in one business.
After few weeks I contacted the company for tracking information. Upon receiving email from the auction to inform me that the company uses FedEx services and they can't send the items to PO BOX address, I emailed it back with my street address. That was the only contact I received from the company. Over the few months I send many emails asking to either received mailing or tracking information or refund the money I paid, my emails were ignored. No respond, zero contact, absolutely zero customer services. I would stay away from this company. Do NOT trust this auction house. They will take your money and run away. My wort experience ever dealing with numismatic auction house.
