Ruth was super helpful with advising the correct poles / tracks that would for work the spaces I was looking at. She assisted with putting together the order so I had the correct number of brackets and was very responsive to all my questions. I would remove 1/2 a star for the courier / delivery service which I suspect is a 3rd party as there was no communication until the items were delivered and I was not at home given that I wasn't aware they were being delivered that day. I was lucky a neighbour was able to collect for safe keeping as I would not want bespoke and expensive items being left outside my house which the courier was about to do!

A Pole problem got back on Track
Storm Darragh didn't help, but Ruth was exceptional and the mis-delivered and damaged track replaced instantly.

Good but delivery a little fraught
Straight forward process, ordered custom sized curtain rail. Received and it fitted perfectly!
One problem which was the delivery people, not the CPTC. They left the rail and box of parts out on the street after phoning once and then leaving. Fortunately was able to get out and bring before the product was nicked!

The main concern was a curtain rail for the bay window, but this all went swimmingly. The fitting of screws for the ceiling and the setting up was all easier than expected.
Overall we were surprised at how straightforward it all was.
