Shady company

Shady company. I read through their website to find who they are but there is nothing. They are a place sellers gathering, but they themselves said that "The Custom Movement does not pre-screen sellers and therefore does not guarantee or endorse any items sold on The Custom Movement or any content posted by sellers" Some products claim to be custom and take time to make but it is actually just mass produced products. It takes time because the count the shipping time into the production time to make it look faster shipping. Basically, this is a dropshipping website even worse than Amazon or Ebay. There are many sellers because the company or the person behind it dont work on the products. I am appalled at how ppl can be tricked. It is obvious from the website look that they cannot be trusted. 5 star reviews here are all fake.

Package never received. Don't use ThecustomMovement, they refer you back to your payment method for dispute. Useless.

Been 60+ days and sneakers have still not arrived. Emailed company and seller still has not provided shipping tracking number. They claim they shipped them on February 2nd, but don't have a tracking number? Time for a credit card dispute, PayPal may want to reconsider using them as a client as the card showed PayPal for transaction and that was not used on my end. For $240 they should provide a tracking number and insurance.

Horrible service

All looking good as long as your package arrives. At the moment you need service you'll get to know the real company. I have never received my sneakers, the seller is suggesting I'm a fraud and The Custommovement is doing nothing. I hope my credit card company can work it out, otherwise it's goodbye to $275.
