I sent in a very long and Frankensteined CV showing years of experience that I had been cobbling together for over a decade. It was clearly not working for me, as I'd been sending it out for the past six months with very little, if any, response. I had hoped Lee could at least shorten my resume to two pages, but he absolutely transformed it. Since I've been using it, every single recruiter I've sent it to has called me back within a day.
