A mechanic you can trust
What can I say? As soon as Brett heard about the problem I had with my DPF being removed by a rogue mechanic he was there for me. On the same day, he came round to my house and after viewing my car he explained very carefully what needed to be done, how much it would cost and where he would be able to access the necessary parts. The following Thursday he collected my car in the evening and took it to his workshop. He left me a courtesy car for me to use if necessary. The following day he returned my car and talked me through what he had done. He had taken photos of the damage done to my car by the aforementioned mechanic. Brett took the time and trouble to talk to me and advise about what I could do about the situation with this other garage and is going to write a report for me to use as evidence in the hope that I may be able to get some of my money back. He was very supportive. A true gentleman
