This was my first time investing in a…

This was my first time investing in a drone so I was looking for expertise, guidance and support for my purchase, and that’s exactly what I got at the drone factory. The customer service was very professional, friendly and genuine, and so I would highly recommend purchasing from here.

Excellent

Excellent. Only place in Europe I could get the DJI 57w charger for Osmo multi battery charger. Even dji was useless and no help (especially the robo customer service). Was able to call these guys, speak to a human, and get the item in 2 days. Superb

A hidden gem...

This is a hidden gem based in beautiful Belfast ...staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They are professional & genuinely interested in all matters drone related... Highly recommended! ....excellent!

Said the item was in stock when …

Said the item was in stock when actually it wasn't. A I paid by PayPal it took days to get the money back into my account. This meant that I lost out on a bargain elsewhere. Very disappointed
