Avoid this seller. Seller uses EVRI and when EVRI don't deliver the company is unwilling to help. I ordered from the seller on 2nd March and seller allegedly dispatched the item the same day. EVRI tracking shows they received the item on Thursday 5th. Item has remained at the delivery hub ever since. Seller keeps apologising thinking that this will solve the problem. Seller needs to realise apologising only aggravates the problem. This company should be avoided until they change courier.

I bought their general purpose cleaning brush on recommendation of ChatGPT. (It was refreshing that an ai model didn’t just link me to Amazon for once!) because I needed to get rid of tiny specks of embedded fluff in my rug which a hoover had been unable to deal with. The brush had bristles made of a rubber type material that were firm and dealt with the problem brilliantly where other brushes had failed. It also was gentle enough on the rug that it didn’t damage it. The product was also very good value and delivery was good and it came when expected. Seems like a very good company.

Hard bristle long handle brush purchased £9.97 for cleaning garden path/patio. Perfect for the job.

I recieved my order yesterday-Upon opening I discovered that it had broken apart during transit- Do you want me to return this to you or will you just send me another?

While searching for a good long handled scrubbing brush I tried the Dustpan and Brush Store. The website was easy to follow and I found a number of brushes that will make my life easier. They came well packaged and quickly.

I purchased the Wave Broom (this is my second one from this company) along with the Bamboo Microfibre Floor Mop and replacement flat mop heads. I also ordered a micro dustpan and brush set. The micro dustpan and brush set was not in the box with the rest of the order and although a low value item, I decided to contact the company to let them know.
I received a response very shortly after and the missing item was sent out, which was received.
Very impressed with the excellent customer service and also very pleased with the goods purchased. Good price paid and I wish I had bought them sooner as it makes cleaning easier.
I recommend this company and will use them again.

I have looked everywhere for microfibre covers for my floor mop. I found them online and they arrived today. Good quality and they fit perfectly. The brilliant price I paid was for 4 and I’m very happy with the price and the product.

Ordered long handled garden dustpan and brush. Used it yesterday and was very impressed it perfect for picking up the leaves. No more bending and brush is strong enough to get leaves etc first time. Very good value for a very useful product and it’s made in Yorkshire what more could you want!

Being in my eighties it takes me back to the day when the original dust pan and brush were used every day, along with the broom and duster.!
As a collector of old fashioned brushes, I have kept various types off brushes . real bristle and all, from my various family members.
My latest purchase was a Besom Brush from The Dust Pan and Bush Co. and I am pleased to say that I and very pleased withe item. The broom was delivered safe and sound in it's secure e box and without any loose twigs..

Bought box of wooden handled nailbrushes - wood splits and bristles started falling out at soon as they got wet. Put the first two that did this down to bad luck but when the third one did this recently, decided it was not right. Company said wood does this and I must have stored them incorrectly. How does keeping them in the original box in a dry cupboard amount to that?

Purchased a yard brush with stays as a requested gift. The item is really good quality.
Unfortunately the handle arrived damaged, possibly from poor handling by the courier, but the company swiftly despatched another via a different company with no fuss whatsoever.
