Unpaid Contractor Compensation and Lack of Communication

I worked with ETHICS CONSULTING PARTNERS ECP LLC as an Operations Manager and completed all assigned responsibilities in good faith. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by ongoing payment delays and, ultimately, unpaid compensation.

A payment I received in December 2025 was already overdue, as it related to work completed in October 2025. While that payment was eventually made, compensation owed to me for November and December 2025, remains unpaid.

Over several months, I made numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly through emails, messages, and formal correspondence. I also submitted a formal Letter of Demand in April 2026. Despite these efforts, I have not received payment, a repayment plan, or consistent communication regarding the outstanding balance.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of responsiveness and accountability. Contractors rely on timely payment for work performed, and clear communication is essential when issues arise.

I hope the company takes steps to address outstanding contractor payments and improves its communication and payment practices going forward.
