I ordered MG90S Mini servo motors and received them on time. They are of good quality. Can be trusted.
They have a very responsive customer service, that provided the invoice for the order later when I needed it.
Very professional and responsible.

Update: first i did not get any communication for my order so i raised upi transaction dispute and got a reversal.

Got a call from the company they have approved the upi reversal and said it was a mistake on the order process.

All is good but i would request the company to improve their website how it function integrate something better for order processing. Users should get an email confirmation and proper tracking should be available. Insted of whatsapp chat create a web based chat which links to their phone.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with The Engineer Store (theengineerstore.in).

This website appears to be operating purely for collecting money without fulfilling customer orders. I placed an order on 18th Feb'26 and made full payment in advance, trusting their platform. However, even after the promised shipment period 3-5 days has long passed, the material has not been delivered till 26th Feb'26 neither they have replied.

What is more concerning is their complete lack of communication. They do not respond to emails. The WhatsApp number provided on their website is unresponsive. There is absolutely no customer support or accountability once payment is made.

This kind of behavior raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of the business. Taking payment and then ignoring customers without delivering products is unacceptable and feels fraudulent.

I strongly advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious before placing any order on this website. Until they improve transparency, delivery reliability, and customer support, I cannot recommend The Engineer Store to anyone.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional and irresponsible conduct.

Placed an order witj advance payment for Raspi 5 on 21st Dec. 25. Did not get any update about tentative dispatch date till 28th Dec. 2025. Nobody picked up phone or replied on Whatsapp or mail. Ultimately requested for refund.

Worst website to purchase a product. I've waited for about a month and haven't received a product then when I approached the customer support I didn't get a proper response and later when I told them that I will file a complaint they refunded the money.

Product ordered ,payment done but materials not sent nor returned money.After several times I have tried to communicate with them they didn't respond. TOTALLY FRAUD ENTERPRISE. DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM . I HAVE LODGED COMPLAIN IN POLICE STATION AGAINST THEM.

My order #9103 of ₹352.82 was placed on Nov.2nd. 2025, till date, no response from them. They asked to share the address again after 28 days. I sent them through WhatsApp. I keep calling and sending WhatsApp messages. No response.
They are fraud, it seems. I recommend not getting cheated.

Scammers, They take money and never delivery product. Fraud Business, Should be reported to Cyber Online Crime.

Zero support, zero accountability for anything. There is no customer support, no helpline, no order will come on time, and when if wrong order comes, there is no accountability. They ignored all requests, supplied wrong order and then didn't refund. I've been chasing them for refund but they just keep on ignoring.

Not a reliable store - they advertise that purchases will be dispatched within 2~3 days but unfortunately even after 12 days no signs of dispatch. Tried to contact them but they don’t pick the calls so I messaged them but that too very late responses. I lost some amount of money so the reason for negative review. It would be safer to try COD as then you don’t pay until the package is delivered so that way you don’t loose your money!!

Late replies and lists products that are not available, seems scammy.
