I had a Forest leather sofa previously, for over 20 years and it still looked good. The sofa had 3 dogs jump on and off it over different periods too! I then got another sofa but when it was time to get a new one, I decided to go back to a Forest one, and purchased online through The English Sofa Company. The photos and measurements are accurate and the leather sample posted to me was reassuring, that the quality was just as good as my previous sofa. I tried to scratch it but there were no marks made.
Delivery was arranged with me, rather than being told when it would be. This meant I didn’t need time off work. The delivery men brought them both into the room, unwrapped them and took the packaging away.

Very good and informative website, samples sent promptly with a brochure. Samples show that they are of a high quality. There is lots of choice of colours and different materials - I was looking a the leather sofas.

I actually visited the store in Manchester to take a look at the sofa I had seen online, staff were so helpful, Nathan was very patient with me. On day of delivery communication was excellent, the delivery men were very helpful and professional, they took great care to protect flooring and door. Can highly recommend

Really pleased with the service from start to finish. The staff in the showroom were friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful without being pushy. Communication via email was clear and timely – any questions I had were answered quickly.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived as promised. We bought three sofas in total and are absolutely delighted with them – great quality and very comfortable. Would happily recommend and use again!

The overall experience of shopping online and agent care was great. Responses to queries were quick. Quality of the end product is as per our expectations.

The English Sofa company are amazing simple as that - I literally searched everywhere to find a sofa with the correct dimensions to fit in a modern new build house, and it seems most companies don't take small houses into account but the range at The English Sofa company is so good that all tastes and sizes are catered for. Excellent after sales services too as well a quick turnaround. They always answered my queries in a kind and professional manner and the quality of the final product and attention to detail is second to none. Totally recommend them to anyone who wants quality and great service

Review on behalf of my mum and dad who ordered a sofa online. Unfortunately it was not suitable for their needs (mobility issues) but the company arranged for it to be collected as soon as possible and organised a refund with no issues in line with their honest refund policy. Excellent customer service. You can buy with confidence.

The sample came by return of post and I was very pleasantly surprised ar the quality and colour of the material. I have used it to compare with other fabrics and the one from The English Sofa Company is far superior to any others. I am looking forward to ordering my sofa as soon as renovations have been completed.
