One of the worst experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
I have been purchasing products few times from Finchley clinic although I my last order did not arrive and I have try to contact them ( called many times and no response). Today one of the lady from product advice team answered and after describing my problem she informed me to call in few hours because she can’t talk. I have asked what is few hours and she said she doesn’t know and hang out.
I did try to call them again and nobody answered.
IT IS A SCAM COMPANY AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I contacted Mark at The Finchley Clinic after being discharged by my consultant but still having awful symptoms. I was willing to try anything.
I recommend anyone to have a read of the articles on the website, also Mark has always got back to me with any queries ive had.
I have returned to good health and vitality slowly, patiently and without side effects:) i’m very happy!

Terrible, ask for an “admin fee” which they take from your refund if out of their extremely short 7 day return period. Ridiculous and unncesessary.

This clinic has a good range of products and I have been ordering from them for several years. I have sought guidance a few times and always had a swift and helpful response.

Finchley Clinic is an excellent seller. They provide a reliable and helpful service. I buy their products because they are high quality and are delivered quickly and safely.

Having suffered from intestinal dysbiosis for many years I bought Colosan from the clinic and the effect was immediate and very positive. I contacted the clinic and they could not possibly have been more helpful in explaining the science behind the product and suggesting other products to consider which are specific to the condition. These people are very knowledgeable and have truly made a huge difference.

I have only just ordered 2 products and the guy called Mark who gives us information is a very good guy with his information an recommendations. Not tried products yet so will give further reviews after trying the product later on. But so far as a company they pritty decent people espesh mark neway

I ordered some probiotics from The Finchley Clinic but was sent the wrong one. I emailed them, had an immediate apologetic and courteous reply and they sent the correct order as a replacement by First Class post. I now will return the wrong one and they will refund the postage.
I call that excellent service, don't you?

I am 86 years old and learning the internet.I have major health problems and my Husband has Heart Failure / Kidney Failure and the dreaded Dementia.He is critically ill and we have been told that they will not resucitate him if his heart stops again. I am a nervous wreck trying to deal with all this.However I have been ordering from Finchley Clinic London and have always been happy with the products I have bought,They sell excellent products that have really helped me.I was so happy when I recently had an email from Mark who is the owner of this excellent clinic.It was such a pleasure to know that there is someone in this big wide world who has taken time out to help with my desperate situation.He is obviously a very busy man as his Company is so well known for the genuine up to the minute supplements that he is able to supply us.He is an incredibly knowledgeable gentleman who is so caring and thoughtful he certainly is so kind to all his customers.He has given me so much advice and made me feel so much stronger than i was before I had his backing.We are lucky enough to have a very good Naturopath who is able to do our testings. She has never been wrong with her diagnoses.Now i have Finchley Clinic to supply me top quality supplements I honestly feel i am not on my own struggling every day and just about giving up, Thank You Mark so much for helping me out at a time when i just felt like giving up.There is little help for the sick vulnerable people who have worked all their life and find they eventually hit a brick wall.

I have always only received great service from The Finchley Clinic. Now and again, the product I have bought has been unsuitable for me but I do know the products they supply are always of the best quality. The service and helpfulness of the staff is outstanding and I can honestly recommend this company.

This is a truly fantastic company to go to, for any vitamins and minerals you may need, for any health condition. I have been using Detoxadine for some time and have never had a cold or illness since taking it, and I have a low immune system. If you sign up to their newsletter, it is actually written with genuine health needs in mind, where their views, especially during the current Covid situation, are so helpful and spot on, that it can give you a new perspective on how to overcome any illness, plus a very well informed insight, on what you might need to strengthen your immune system. Mark the Director has been great in recommending the right products and they never push the most expensive product, just the one that will work best! The seller deliberately displayed inaccurate and misleading information on Global Healing Cell Fuzion.
I saw from several other websites that there had been a change in the formula and many users very disappointed with the significantly lesser ingredients now included. This change appeared to be at least a year old but the seller had a picture of the superior formula bottle on its website as well as a separate detailed description of the ingredients in it's own information. All the positive reviews on their website were relatively old, dating from 2017. I messaged them before purchasing but did not receive a reply. As I had already bought Veganzyme and Floratrex satisfactorly (both excellent products) from them I decided to go ahead. I recieved the inferior version which is 340mg lighter per serving and missing all the enzymes etc. At a price of £149 per bottle this is totally out of order. After I returned the bottles I checked and they still haven't changed the picture or information. I messaged them asking why not and again they failed to reply. A week after I am posting this review (September 2020) and they still display the false information. They also failed and so far refused to restore the reward points I redeemed on the order. After this review was posted the owner Mark Lester wanted me to change it, aggressively claimed I was making false accusations and said that until I complained they knew nothing of the changes and only then contacted the manufacturer, who informed them yes it had just changed. I emailed Global Healing in the USA who are a very ethical company and they were super friendly and helpful. They told me the full history of Cell Fuzion and I quote directly 'the formula was changed back in 2018". Wow!!! (Be wary of some of the recent reviews that have suddenly popped up)

Aniseed formula is fantastic gentle formula for anyone who cares about their intestinal health. We found a lot of formulas harsh giving you unpleasant side effects but this is nice and gentle even for kids. Taken in combination with the Paratrex creates a perfect recipe to kill intestinal critters. Impeccable service👌
