Visited 11/8/26 8.30am. 2.5 hour visit.
Very good gym. Specialised Atlantis machines and full range of technogym. About 100 plus machines, and 3 free weight areas. Good for specialised training such as Deka and Hyrox, althpugh they could do with some 24kg Hyrox kettlebells and another 6kg wall ball.
The sauna is the biggest i have ever seen, plus a professional ice cold plunge pool that i only viewed from afar.
Changing rooms extremely large, lots of showers and hi spec toilets.
I was there for 2.5 hours, there is a relax zone and mini health drinks bar.
They have the conceptr erg row and ski machines. Plus a very nice knee assisted chin up machine.
Well worth a visit, pretty much everything you could want.
The public car park is only around the corner and a 2 minute walk.
As a quick visit it cost me £10 which includes all the areas, sauna, relax etc.
Very good value for money. The full membership is also good vaue.
