Order never arrived and no refund received. Customer service has stopped replying to emails.
Put an order in on 17th November 2020 on their website, and paid for the 3-5 day shipping option. The order had not arrived after a week to which I sent an email to customer service. I'm not sure the reason behind this but they advised me to wait till 8th December to contact them again but did not receive any response. £28 down the drain. Seems as if my issue isn't exclusive to me while the brand puts the blame on their shipping company - but if it's such a common issue would the logical next step be to change your shipping company?

As previously discussed in our email exchange, we needed until the 8th of December ( policy of 21 days from dispatch date) to investigate the issue with the courier as this parcel has been lost in transit. Now that this time has passed and we have not received any update, we have sent you an email providing you with solutions.
Unfortunately due to the strikes taking place with Royal Mail, all over couriers are suffering with these delays.
We do have more information on this and other resolutions/ options in our website policy.
We apologise for the delay, but can assure you that a solution has been provided.
We will continue to investigate the matter with the courier and will also forward your review and emails to them to ensure the matter is handled.
Once you have responded to our email regarding which solution you would prefer, we will proceed from there.

As previously stated via email, we have initiated an investigation with the courier, as this parcel was lost in transit.
We have provided you with a refund as we did want to resolve this as soon as possible for you.
Unfortunately we do not have the stock to re send this parcel. This is due to a manufacturing delay in France.
We will continue to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel and will inform you via email if and when we receive any updates.

Get medication here, not currently in Germany
Through great luck, my medication can order here, which is currently not obtained by deficiency in Germany. The order was simple, I was always well informed, the show arrived on time. I am very satisfied and will be happy to shop here again, although of course I am subject to duty.

Outstanding service
I forgot medication in France. The French Pharmacy went above and beyond to source medication for me and got it to me via courier in a couple of days. Pharmacist could recommend what equivalent medicine was available in the UK and confirm with my Doctor. Service was outstanding.

An emporium of wonderful products
I work nearby and it is my ‘go to ‘ store for gifts/lotions & potions.
They stock a variety of item's, the staff are always so friendly & knowledgeable about their products and I am always happy with my purchases.
