I ordered a juicer back in November and never recieved it I emailed numerous times and they said due to high demand it was running late then it was on it way now they just don’t reply to emails!

Bought two never heard back £60 down the drain

Like others I placed my order in November 2024. I have written numerous emails and had several promises of imminent delivery but still have not received the Juicer. I am just getting no reply to emails now.

I ordered since NOV 2024 but they didn't deliver. SCAMMERS!!

Order placed 20th November 2024, we are now in March and my order has still not been dispatched.

I have emailed this company 7 times, was promised delivery twice stating it was imminent. They are now ignoring my emails with no responses since 6th Jan where I have demanded a refund. Yet they refuse to acknowledge my request.

I do not want your product 5 months late….i want my refund!!!!!

I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER 2024 - RECEIVED A COUPLE OF EMAILS APOLOGISING AND I WOULD GET A FREE GIFT NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE AND MONEY TAKEN LAST NOVEMBER.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I think it is a total scam, as I ordered also in November 2024, and still waiting for my juicer, sent me a Ebook as a good will gesture.lol
I asked for a refund , no reply!
Having a mobile number that goes onto voice mail all the time, this is not proper customer service !
The thing is now how to warn others not to buy from this site .

I also ordered a juicer in November 2024 I received several emails apologising that it hadn’t arrived and that it was with Royal Mail but it never arrived. They also sent me an e-book recipe book which they said cost £15 free. But although money was tsken from my account in November it is now February and no sign of the juicer. The phone number given on their website is on recording message only and there is no response. I am no longer getting any response from their e-mail.

Total SCAM. Ordered in November 2024. Waited for tracking number never received. Emailed them, they responded saying it will be sent out as soon as available. February 2025 and still not received. Looked on website and my ordered still says waiting to be despatched. AVOID like the plague

Avoid like the plague. I placed my order in November still not arrived. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I was able to get a refund.

As most of the other reviews, I placed an order in November last year and still not received anything.
After many emails and promises I still have not received anything.
I have asked for a refund but nothing yet.
I would never recommend using this company to anyone.

Terrible service, avoid this website! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an item from this website and never received it. Despite repeatedly reaching out to customer service, all I got were empty promises that the item was “on its way.” 11 weeks later, still nothing. They either don’t have the item or have no intention of fulfilling orders. This feels like a scam. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere—this website is unreliable and untrustworthy.

I have emailed 3 times and had a reply with apologies and promises that it would arrive in a few days.
I was even sent an e book of recipes which allegedly was worth £15 but I would not have paid a quarter of the price.
My last email has gone unanswered.
I had read the reviews before I ordered which seemed favourable but these were quite obviously false.
I have asked for a refund but I don’t expect this will be given.

Earlier review explaining no delivery following order in Nov . I ordered mine using credit card . AMEX have now credited my account with the value paid as company not fulfilling its obligations and breach of contract if they are still solvent .

I actually received the juicer and it broke after one use. Have reached out three times with no response.

I'm still not convinced this is a SCAM, however, I ordered my juicer on 30 Nov 2024 and it still has not arrived.
I emailed them and got a reply saying they would expect the item to be delivered by the start of this year, however, nothing yet.
They have not responded to either of my two further emails, the second of which was asking for a full refund.
How long do you give a company? Have they gone bust? I see the last time they replied to anyone was in Jan 2024!

ordered in November like so many others, emails and promises for delivery back and forth. Lodged complaint with paypal and evidenced emails etc but thought they took it to the next stage if nothing back.. now £31 out of pocket.
