DON’T buy from this company
DON’T buy from this company. A few months ago my son spent a lot of money on a controller and a game. He then changed his mind and returned the controller unused and in its original packaging all sealed up. The company claimed it was used and actually stated it was damaged. This was not possible as we hadn’t opened it!! They refused a refund and we had to claim the money back via our bank. Luckily they refunded us as we hadn’t done nothing wrong! Ultimately if you have any issues whatsoever or if you ask for a refund this company will do everything they can not to pay you back (including lying!). Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I would avoid and buy from a reputable company.

The game collection always delivers (literally). Preordered Starfox for day of release. Ended up getting it £7 cheaper and got a free gift. Have used them a bunch in the past and will continue to use them when I can. Also their social media posts are off the chart!

I had a great experience shopping with The Game Collection. Their prices were among the most competitive I could find, making it an easy choice over other retailers. I bought DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince (Switch).
The website was straightforward and easy to navigate. Finding the game I wanted was quick, and the checkout process was simple and hassle-free for my order.

My Go-to gaming company
The Game Collection quickly became my "go-to" place for online video games after only a few purchases. Not only are the prices cheaper than most other places (including digital purchases) but their reward program saves extra money on future purchases. Delivery is usually next day and pre-orders arrive on release day every time (except for the occasional postal strike etc).
On the rare occasion ive needed to contact them for anything, I've had an answer from customer services the same day, (closed at weekends I think) usually within a few hours of sending the message AND normally within 30 minutes or so if it's during normal office hours.
I literally have absolutely zero to complain about and recommend this company to EVERYONE.
They're the best.

my miis will not be pleased
got my game, quite pleased with the gane ITSELF but...the whole packaging is in shambles. The box was ripped open, and the switch games box had literal shards of plastic flying off of it and now i have two halves of one game case 😪😪
