After getting Xenoblade Chroonicles 2 for the Switch from here a few years ago now I always check here ahead of big sites. Arrived quickly, in good condition and was cheaper than other locations.

Due to the manufacturer changing the content of the product I wanted, but not changing its item number, I didn’t receive what I was expecting. (I’ve since discovered that several other online retailers have been caught out by this as well.)
I contacted customer support (Leigh), and the problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Leigh was marvellous, going beyond the extra mile. I wish all companies had someone like this in their customer support team. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Fantastic site for gamers. I'm a game's collector and I wanted a game to be in perfect condition, I emailed customer service and Leigh was absolutely brilliant in helping with what I wanted. I was searching for a product that wasn’t easy to find, however, the Gamery had it stock. I’m a firm believer in supporting smaller companies/businesses and I could see that they had fantastic reviews on Trustpilot, so I thought I’d give them a go. Delivery was slightly delayed but that is to be expected with Royal Mail. When I did get in touch with them to ascertain more about my delivery Leigh was very reassuring and extremely helpful. All in all I had a very positive experience and would certainly recommend this company for your future purchases.

I needed next day delivery for a purchase that was a birthday present for my grandson.
Leigh was on the ball and I received the item the next day considering I placed the order at 14.00 the previous day.

Case was damaged by the delivery man and on relating this to back to TheGamery, Leigh went above and beyond to get me a replacement. I think this will be my go-to option for gaming moving forward! Bought through a third party marketplace. Really good service - item as described and was packed well. Price was very competitive and well worth it considering the speedy dispatch and delivery. Would definitely recommend and will be back :)

Recently purchased a rather expensive chess e-board from The Gamery. I admit that I messed them around a little after placing my initial order but their patience was extraordinary. Not only did they offer a full no quibble refund if I chose to charge my mind about the order but gave some sound advice on alternative products which may suit my needs - they were not interested in just pushing the most expensive item onto me.

Furthermore, I needed an important accessory for my eventual order which they did not stock nor could supply. They actually did extensive research on my behalf to establish where I may be able to find this difficult to source item.

Despatch was very fast and they kept me updated at every stage of delivery with a follow-up to check it had arrived well and in good order.

Thank you Leigh at The Gamery. Service like this is a true rarity in this day and age…it was a true pleasure dealing with you.

Great website, quick delivery. I found an unbelievable price on The Gamery website for the FNAF Security Breach Collector's Edition on PS5 for my son's birthday. Brand new, sealed and way cheaper than anyone else I searched for online. Thank you so much for making his birthday awesome. I felt really apprehensive about ordering from The Gamery, just because the title that they were offering was such a good deal (AC Valhalla - Gold Edition). I emailed them and Leigh came back to me that same morning, to attempt to relieve my concerns. He assured me that the deal was legitimate and if I had any issues don't hesitate to contact them. I ordered Valhalla in the morning, it was shipped in the afternoon and I recieved it the next day (free delivery mind). The game came, brand new, sealed with it's season pass intact. I recently purchased a computer chess board which had a faulty piece. The Gamery immediately offered me a full refund or an exchange no questions asked. I asked for a replacement part rather than change the whole board and pieces. This could have been problematic for me but Leigh ( customer support ) chased the spare part and sorted the problem. I cannot rate the Gamery highly enough. They are the most professional compnayI have ever had dealings with and I would recommend them to any prospective purchaser. I also would recommend Millenium for their outstanding service

As a man in my forties who has written only 2 or 3 online reviews in my whole adult life, I felt the need to write about the Gamery. If I received even a fifth of the customer service from other companies that I have been shown by Leigh and the Gamery, I would have written countless more. There was a humourous occurrence involving a Wii U Zombie game and the Italian language which they resolved and now the Gamery has both a loyal customer and lifelong fan in me. As well as the usual best sellers, they range such an eclectic mix with a huge variety of hidden gems at great prices. It's a joy browsing their games online and they are now my first point of call when shopping for all formats. Each time I browse, I always end up filling my basket with at least a couple of games. They are efficient and conscientious and I order from them because I trust them. I don't know where Leigh and the team get their energy from but they genuinely make you feel like a good old fashioned valued customer. 6 stars if I could.

I ordered the Overwatch Ultimates Mercy 2 pack, but due to some technical issues, it actually wasn't in stock any longer. So Leigh reached out to me to apologise and spent days looking into the issue and trying to source a possibly in stock item from a different warehouse. We had no luck, but as an apology, he sent me the more valuable Genji and Hanzo 2 pack for free, and gave me my money back! Wow! He treated me as an intelligent person and explained the relevant elements of the supply chain that led to the technical issue, and what could be done to bring about a solution.

He really went above and beyond, and represented the company very well. A credit to his team!
