Scamming after receiving product

I wrote to Dakaria that I want to ship super apeti plus packages to her and that she'll only have to pay after she gets them. it's been over 2 weeks of texting and emailing her for the money owed but she sees the messages and ignores them. I don't understand how a seller would want to scam another seller, ignoring every effort to reply back. I even gave her the option to pay in installments but it's evident she doesn't wanna pay a penny at all. If she can do this to another seller, I wonder what she does to her buyers. Scamming is a big red flag and I hope potential buyers see this and avoid her.
