Having placed the review we were contacted almost immediately by The Green Reaper's customer support team. The provided the delivery document that confirmed deliver to our business the next day.
The issue that we experienced was in NO way related to The Green Reaper, it was entirely internal that the package had not be logged as received.
We apologies to The Green Reaper for the negative feedback initially provided.
I would further add that the item ordered from them was out of stock at many other places and despite this the price offered was less than all of the other suppliers and offered.
Having sorted out OUR internal issue, I would confirm the service offered by The Green Reaper is first class.

I have searched our customer service emails and support ticket system and cannot find any communication from you. Please be aware if you are replying to a transactional email (order confirmation, despatch notification etc) these come from a Do Not Reply email address.
Your blade was despatched direct from the manufacturer over a week ago so I will need to investigate your delivery with them.

Had a slight complication with the very fast delivery estimate (two days) so phoned up Green Reaper and spoke to a REAL PERSON (great lady) straight away. Thank you for your review. Stock on our website is controlled by direct feeds from our distributors' warehouse systems so should have been correct at the time of ordering.
We are sorry that only the battery was despatched when the machine and charger must have literally just gone out of stock. We are looking into how this has occurred to prevent it happening again, as all components of the trimmer should have all been packaged as a kit in one box.
In the meantime, we would very much appreciate your assistance in getting the unwanted battery collected via your support ticket.
