The gym itself is OK for the price. BUT not particularly clean. I see max 2 disinfectant spray bottles and 2 soggy cloths. Paper towels would be much more hygienic, as there are not even towels to wipe equipment with.

Customer service and sales process is horrific. Took me over a week to join. The gym had created a 'pending' account blocking me from signing up. 5 phone calls later i got it sorted out.

No phone number (onlynto 3rd party billing queries), no chat facilitily, so you're on your own if you get into difficulty.

I'll use for now, but will likely go back to an expensive fully serviced gym next year. Shame as the location is great and the facilities aside from the hygiene are good enough.

I loved the place in sheperd Bush

The Gym at Shepherd's Bush is extremely packed, limited space and equipments with high users which make the sessions extremely uncomfortable.

I attempted to use a guest pass but the door wouldn't open. No employees on site to assist in spite of ringing for over fifteen minutes.
I had a guest pass resent but it still wouldn't work. This is the Shepherd's Bush gym in the W12 centre.
Surely a member of staff should be available for health and safety reasons.
Shocking, really.
I am hoping that my partner will not lose the guest passes he sent over.

A big thank you shout to Alton from the shepheards bush branch! I was not able to receive my guess pass and he was patient and effective - got my guest pass in no time and avoided one huge embarrassment. He is the muscle guy will definitely check in for his help later for muscle building :)

Hi everyone , I really like this Gym clean , tidy, awesome, good facilities, last week I went to the gym and I joined to the group workout circuit , directed by Alton P trainer and that was outstanding, I loved it , I recommend this PT to anyone who wants to develop their fitness , and I want to say thank you so much to the PT Alton Jass

Shepherd's Bush is slowly becoming one of my favourite branches of the gym group. What makes this place great is my trainer Alton. I use to train with him in Wembley, so it only makes sense to go where he is. He is great motivator, and he pushes every session to better myself. His classes are intense but you will feel the burn and see the results after every session. Shepherd's Bush are very lucky to have him 💪🏽

I attended a Pump class at the Shepherds Bush Branch with PT Alton and he was really really good. He continuously pushes you to do your personal best and keeps the momentum going for the entire 45 minutes. I definitely recommend attending his classes. I’ll definitely be returning for a thoroughly good workout. Thank you Alton :-)

Membership revoked AGAIN! i mean guys this is serious harassment — i was confirmed via customer support email that my membership was put back in order and I had even put direct debit details and YET AGAIN the gym has disabled my membership! If you guys have issues with your payment system then do something about it but STOP with this harassment! Like are you guys professional or not?
