My left ear had become completely blocked, and Tony quickly and gently sorted it out with microsuction. He took time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Managed to get an appointment on the day having pretty much lost my hearing altogether in both ears. Even got a hearing test after having had my ears cleaned out!

I highly recommend the hearing clinic at Harrogate. I was on holiday at the time but managed to get an appointment after suffering muddled hearing for a few weeks. I have had my ears syringed in the past but never micro suctioned, which turned out to be a painless procedure. Great to see the before and after pictures on screen and then a hearing test at the end.

This is my third set of hearing aids that I’ve purchased from them — something I wouldn’t do if I didn’t have complete trust in both the technology and the people supporting me. Each time, Claire has guided me towards the right choice for my needs, and the improvement in my everyday life has been remarkable.

The service was excellent, the procedure was thoroughly explained and carried out in a friendly and professional manner. There was no hard sell or attempt to make a further appointment.
