Great place to rehearse etc, facilities are great with amps, pa, very clean, toilets like a really good hotel and the kitchen/relaxing area is exceptional with tea, coffee and soft drinks help yourself, also excellent shop for strings and all the spare items you’ll need. The staff are also really helpful, I can’t recommend highly enough and really reasonable rates, check it out.

Worked in studios for over 40 years. If only they'd all been as good, well-equipped and professional as The Hive Rooms.

Absolutely fantastic rehearsal studio with properly acoustically treated rooms. Modern and clean throughout inc, kitchen, lounge area, toilets.

Additional facilities such as healthy and not so healthy snacks, drinks and decent variety of spare instrument parts. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

They also have production rooms and when I was there last week, were close to finishing off two recording spaces and control rooms.

As a pro, I need somewhere to take clients too and perform showcases, prerecording production rehearsals etc in a professional environment. I cannot fault this place. I took a band here, my first time at the studios, prior to heading to a session at Abbey Road. I couldn't of been happier.

A really great find. These guys have nailed what a 21st century facility likes there's should be!

Modern and extremely clean spacious rooms with all the necessary equipment and more should you need it. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definintely recommend.

This place is so NOT R&R..... Everything works, clean, nice helpful folks, easy access, good location, great equipment, in fact it totally sucks nothing at like you expect from the music business. Don’t bother with the place if your used to central London rehearsal spaces as this won’t be dirty enough for you🤢

We've been using Hive for almost a year now and can confidently say we won't be looking for any other rehearsal space. The staff are wonderfully friendly and so efficient - the room is set up to our needs as soon as we arrive, staff always on hand to help. Great little space for a tea break and the little snack shop is a great energy boost!

You can't beat the price either, for the top quality experience. Will (And have) recommended to friends.

The musicians who built these rehearsal rooms have reset the benchmark that other places can only aspire to. The facilities are outstanding and the equipment is top quality. The staff are very friendly and,being professional musicians themselves, understand exactly what their clients require.
