Refund not given for out of stock store purchase
Ordered an item from the store on 06.06.24 and when I still hadn’t received this by 16.06.24 (10 days later), I emailed to ask where it was. I received a reply on 18.06.24 to say there had been a delay in receiving some of the stock and that I could either have the item in a larger size, keep it on back order and wait or receive a refund. I emailed back to say the larger size would be too big and asked how long the item I ordered would be on back order for. I never received a reply back from Emilie in the customer service team. Then on 26.06.24 I received an email from Jack Climpson, asking me the same questions as Emilie, would I like the item in the larger size or would I like a refund. I replied and asked for a refund. He then told me the refund had been issued and I also received a refund issued confirmation email from the Hundred shop on 26.06.24. Having still not received this refund by 04.07.24, I again reached out to Jack Climpson asking what was going on and he simply told me he had past the refund request to the accounts team and to contact the customer service team for further updates. I did not have a contact for the customer service team, so asked for this (someone with good customer service would have provided this when requesting I contact them). After being given an email address for them, I emailed them on 04.07.24, but have not yet received a reply. So from placing my order on 06.06.24 and the money being taken from my account, it is now a month later and I do not have the item I ordered or the money that was supposed to be refunded!

Been buying from TH since 2019 and really love the option of their UK operation fulfilling from within here to cut shipping costs etc. Their t-shirt blank quality has massively improved over the years as well which rules as, if you catch a good sale, you can grab a good few for a decent price.

Size not in stock after placing order
Got email four days after placing order saying two of my items is no longer in stock after this I emailed back to cancel the one item that was in stock and not received a email back. Waiting on refund. Order placed on 12th Jan on 19th Jan and still unsure what’s going on
Disappointed with the shipping
I ordered my items on Wednesday and availed DPD shipping where I would supposedly receive my parcel one day after purchase. But unfortunately, I didn’t since the item was delivered on Sunday. I am from Philippines and the item was addressed by a friend’s house that will be leaving UK and get back home to PH on Sunday (January 8). Long story short, my items were left behind in UK. If I know this would happen, then I wouldn’t avail the DPD shipping and availed the normal one since it cost an extra $.

Product wont be shipped because of strange circumstance that are not being explained. Company cares more about money than getting products to customers. Not fussed because it was some bland pokemon collab. First and last purchase. And i was not notified of the change until 4 days later. Not right after purchase. Not the best brand. Not the best business conduct. Plenty better and cheaper brands out there.
What happens when a brand no longer cares about customers

The fact they can’t respond either is a joke. Long time hundreds fan now done with the brand.
Order cancelled without reason
Order was cancelled randomly "at my request", I never requested a cancellation/refund. There was also no communication why they were really cancelling and judging by the reviews this has happened to other customers too.

You outsource your warehousing and pick and pack service to a third party, the use of Royal Mail is awful. 3 weeks and foods not arrived still. Call your customer services line, which is agin the outsourced company and it goes to voicemail. cannot get through on email as it keeps bouncing back. What a joke of a business model. Sort it out and refund me.

First items bought
All goods arrived in a little box - a cap and tropical patterned shirt. Adding a sticker is a nice touch, not sure where I am going to put it yet. If I am going to be critical the cap was a bit out of shape as it came folded, even when pulling it back into shape there’s a crease on both sides, but I guess people can get this with any cap that is being packed and delivered. The shirt looks great, just waiting for the weather here to warm up so I can wear it!
