I ordered the Trendi 1 Gang 2 Way 10 Amp Rocker Chrome Light Switch in Glossy White (3 Pack). They are exactly what we wanted, living in Australia you do not get a large choice and these are very different and great for the price. Delivery was super quick!!!!

Excellent products and service
Excellent products and service. They even checked my order with me as one product didn't match the others I had ordered. I had clicked on the wrong thing and they then corrected it for me. Would definitely recommend and when I need switches and plug sockets again they will be my go to site.

A costly and disappointing experience.
Having telephoned and ordered a Varilight single gang remote control dimmer switch, for delivery the next day, I was very disappointed to receive a Varilight Eclique 2 LED Dimmer instead. This was useless to me. On phoning the company, I was told that I could re-order the item, provided that I pay for it again immediately, and then they would provide a refund for the incorrect item if I returned it to them, using a Returns form, which they would send me. I did this and had to pay the postage cost involved. After receiving the refund for the amount of the incorrect item only, I asked the company whether they would also be prepared to reimburse me for the costs of delivery and return involved. After hearing nothing further from the company, I contacted them again on several occasions and eventually received the reply that my request had been referred to a Director of the company, who had refused my request.
Following this experience, will never deal with this company again.
