Absolutely amazing firm. Deniz and katya have been an absolute pleasure to work with. With turkey still a no travel zone we was refunded within 1 day of cancellation. Would highly recommend this firm and will defo be booking with kaden in the very near future.

I have used Kaden Group of travel a few times now and I have never had no issues. I booked through them last October 2020 staying at the Maxx royal. They went above and beyond to help us and reassure us when our return flight was cancelled. We ended up staying over 5 weeks at the Maxx Royal and they got us great rates each time. We feel like they are our friends, not just someone you book a holiday with. I highly recommend this company. You are in very safe hands and they are amazing friendly and very kind people, who want you to enjoy every minute of your holiday.

We are repeat guests of Kaden Group but sadly some of our planned trips this year have had to be cancelled due to Covid.

Kaden have been amazing at promptly sorting out any refunds/amendments - couldn't ask for better service.

Last year we were lucky enough to stay at our favourite hotel, Voyage Belek - and also Lujo Bodrum (both booked with Kaden). Katya met us on arrival at Antalya Airport with a bottle of bubbly and the private transfer (always included) was excellent. They even managed to secure an amazing upgrade to a deluxe room which has the huge balcony and hot tub. As always we had an amazing holiday at the Voyage - even during Covid.

For our Bodrum trip, we arrived only to find a few days in that Turkey had been put on the red list by the UK, but Deniz was straight on the phone asking what if we were happy with our stay, and if we wanted help to return to the UK. We opted to stay and quarantined on our arrival back in the UK.

We are keeping everything crossed we can make our next trip to Calista in November to celebrate a few big birthdays (sadly delayed from 2020).

Wouldn't hesitate to book with Kaden again - always excellent service and competitive prices.

We worked with the Kaden Group for a month and this is my honest review. I am American and my fiancée is Turkish, so we live in Turkey and were planning our wedding in Antalya. We decided on the Kaden Group because I really enjoyed their manager, Denis, and he seemed like a nice and trustworthy person. We had decided on a venue with them for our wedding and all of the plans, which was at Lykia Golf in Antalya. Even though we had decided on a different venue already, they then took us to Calista Luxury Resort to look at another venue, and my fiancée and I ultimately decided that the price at Calista was too expensive for a venue in Turkey, 18,000 euros for the venue and food + and all of the other expenses around 30,000 euros. This is just ridiculous for Turkey, especially with the economical situation going on i here right now. 1 Euro is 10 Turkish Liras right now, it would be a bad financial decision for anyone to spend that much money here. I have multiple friends who own 5 star hotels in Turkey for less than a quarter of this price (who we are now going with), so they basically were just looking for us to spend more money so they could make more money. We realize now that they weren’t really concerned with our wedding or happiness at all, which is NOT what you want in a wedding planner. We then had a GoogleMeet call and we told them we couldn’t go with Calista because economically it doesn’t make sense, but we could go with the beach at our house, which is similar to Calista or we could go with the original venue, Lykia. They then said that we should stop working together because we weren’t going with Calista…. They said this 2 months before our wedding and after we had decided all the plans with them. Absolutely awful customer satisfaction and and not professional to do that to a customer a few months before their wedding. Please go with ANYONE ELSE in Antalya except this group. They want your money, and a lot of it, at that, more than your happiness at your wedding.

Kaden group were so easy to work with, they done everything I expected of them and more. Holiday was cancelled due to covid, refund sort out and back in my account within 14 days. No problems at all.

We originally booked a trip to belek April 2020 but unfortunately covid 19 would not allow us to go. Deniz from the Kaden Golf group was absolutely unreal with everything. We all got a full refund within 4 weeks and was so happy with the service. We then went on to re book with deniz for September 2020. Wow what can i say from the moment katya met us at the airport to the moment we went home deniz and the Kaden group proper looked after us. We decided to add another round of Golf during the week which deniz sorted with no hassle at all. Deniz himself came to say hello at the hotel as well. We have booked for September this year and fingers crossed we can get out there again and play some quality golf courses. If you are looking at booking a golf holiday to turkey. Do not hesitate and contact Deniz at the Kaden Golf Group, you will not be disappointed.👌

I travelled with Kaden late last year and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Given everything was up in the air with Covid, they made it their mission to be extremely flexible, all whilst remaining responsive and friendly.

The golf courses recommended were really good and the logistics seamless. All the transfers were on time and well kept.

I plan to organise another golf trip this year and will be using Kaden without a doubt.

I have now booked 3 different trips through Deniz and Katya and each and every time they have been able to match the price of the biggest companies but are able to give you the personal touch that you need for your holiday. They are both extremely knowledgeable of the area and are more than happy to help whether that's from before you've booked to when you're on your holiday.

They are up front with everything in regards to the booking process and it's made very straightforward and they let you know about the refund policy which of course in the current climate is an extremely big part of booking any holiday away. I was lucky enough to get out twice in 2020 and have booked again for 2021. All times the booking has been handled incredibly and any changes in regulations have been made very clear to me in advance and my options were always clearly laid out whether it was a full refund, a delay to the trip or re-booking for the same time in the following year, everything was smooth.

An easy 5 stars.

Its 3rd time for me reserving though Katya and every time she is providing the best especially when she meet you personally at airport and not only the driver.

Deniz & Katya made our holiday last year to the Calista a 1st class experience.
All the way through from the booking experience, the meet and greet at the airport ,the transfer , the hotel nothing was overlooked they even went out of the way to arrange slim line tonic for us. The met up with us half way through to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

Anyone looking for a great golf experience in Turkey look no further than Denis and Katya at Kaden. Great options whatever your budget all backed up by the best customer service. Travelled twice with them and couldn’t fault them. Second time was the golf/holiday experience of a lifetime. Already thinking about my next trip.

Again my experience booking a golf group trip with Kaden Travel has been exceptional. First class service!! I have used many travel agents before but I would strongly recommend dealing with Deniz and Katya if you want a friendly and efficient team to look after your needs from start to finish.

I have been booking with Kaden for the last couple of years and can honestly say they have been wonderful. They provide a completely personalised service from start to finish, both helping with choosing the perfect hotel and then also securing the best price. Their knowledge of the local area is unparalleled and provides a fantastic resource for local trips and excursions, weather thats shopping in the local markets, boat trips, or visiting the local heritage sites.

The free VIP private transfers are a welcome relief after a busy noisy flight, not having to hang around waiting for the coach and late passengers! The welcome gifts for the children, cold drinks and flowers is a nice touch. Deniz and/or Katya will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel, making sure check in is smooth and quick and the rooms are exactly what you are looking for. They are available 24 hrs a day to sort any issues, although the only time we have had to contact them with this level of urgency was when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Fast off the mark, reassuring their customers, refunding within days or transferring to future bookings, the choice was ours.

You cannot imagine a more pleasant, professional experience and would urge you to give kaden group a chance with your next booking!

I’ve booked holidays to Turkey for a while though and every time I’ve had a great time in the hotels, but I’ve always had an issue with tour companies. Now that I found Kaden, I dont have that problem anymore. Their level of customer service is outstanding! Its such a pleasure to speak to the guys at the office about potential holidays in Turkey as they know what they’re talking about. We had a trip booked for 12 people, all golfers, for February 2020. That didn’t happen, so we got our refund within days. We were silly really, we didn’t need the money in our accounts as we booked up a week later for November, using the same deposits! I recommend this company due to their customer care. amazing.

Had an amazing experience with Kaden. Booked a hotel with them after seeing lots of positive comments about them on social media. Included in the booking was airport transfers and a few extras at the hotel such as pavilion for a day and free Al a cartes, free room upgrade. Hotel wise everything was so smooth. On the run up to our trip customer service was in contact with us constantly (due to lots of changes due to covid) which I thought was very courteous and professional as they must have had lots of others to contact also. The airport transfers were great. Nice AC vehicles. Unfortunately during my trip the country was put onto the quarantine list. A representative from Kaden called me within 15 minutes of this being announced to see if I needed any help and support in getting home earlier than planned. That, to me was amazing. Over the following few days I spoke with other holidayers who had booked through other companies who had had no contact whatsoever and could not get through on the phone. Kaden were absolutely nothing like this, to me their customer service from the time of asking for prices right up until the very end of my trip was the most professional I had ever come across in any company, that is what really sets Kaden apart from others and I have absolutely no hesitations booking with them again. It was also our anniversary whilst out there and not only did Kaden get us a cake and some treats left in the room. They also informed the hotel who gave us a free Al a carte.

It is reassuring to know they have multi-lingual staff in resort should you need assistance.
