Just Poor and disappointing

A week after placing an order for glasses and them having MY MONEY, they are vague at best regarding delivery.
This is not a company I will return to, seems clear they do not actually have stock of anything.
Ordered glasses from three other companies on same day as ordering with the KB and received within 2 days. If you want to keep customers these days, companies need to be on point and swift with delivery, this company is clearly lacking at both.
