Really like The Koin Club but some things need tweeking
I love the coins I have received from here. The prices are great aswell. Some are gifts and some just for me. I have a couple of issues however. 1) When you start a collection, they usually have a starter coin in the pack but then it takes forever to get anymore. And when you buy them separately or individually, you don't get the certificates with them even though they are part of the collection. 2) Apparently postage is done via Tiktok and you pay £3.99 once per live feed and your items come all together in the same package. But when you return anything the postage is paid per item so gets deducted off your refund. After all the deductions from the refund you end up with very little from the item itself. I have never had to pay for returning an item especially when it says on their website that returns are free within 30 days. It works out better for me to keep the items I want to return even though I have doubled up on some of them by mistake.
3) Some of the items have a value of £16 but they start the auctions for them at £8 starter but then you have an item that's value is £40 and starts at £1. I like the price for delivery and that you only pay it once. The service on Live is really good. They answer all my questions that they are able to. My orders have all arrived within a few days and customer service are good usually aswell. I am missing one of my starter coins from my James Bond 007 collection which is a Christmas gift and haven't received it even though I have sent pictures and they told me they will sort it. Also they haven't had any of the rest of any of my collections on the live shows and I have lots of collections that need filling.

The coins are excellents. But the wrapping in how it arrives to me is not adequate. Great coin bad package. Once the coin arrived with the page age retaped and coin broken. WAs replaced by the Koin club quickly one I torn off the card while trying to open the package, hope to have a new card to replace this one. The envelopes shop be in a larger size and better protection inside. This being said the loins are so nice this will not stop me from buying them
