My item was out of stock and a Cezara kindly messaged me personally on instagram offering a refund but also with alternatives providing videos and photos. It was so helpful and customer service is 10/10. I found the perfect outfit 🙂 thank you so much again!!!

Spent £50 on a lace knit dress, the second I put it on it unthreaded the whole way down and I then had to go out with a massive hole in my dress. Awful quality and can find their outfits for 4x cheaper on other websites. I emailed to explain and she couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful, refusing to refund anything. Never ordering from this shop ever again.

i accidentally ordered 2 and only recieved one but this was no problem at all as there customer service to recieve a refund was incredible , not a single complaint from me this will now be my go to seller from now on!

The style and quality alone are impeccable but the customer service is amazing also - anytime I have had to swap a size or pre-order something the girls have been so helpful. Honestly can’t recommend The Label By Cezara enough! Every time I’ve ordered, the clothes have been exactly like the pictures and such good quality. I recently ordered an outfit for a special event and it fit perfectly, the sizing was spot on and the fabric felt so unreal. The team were super helpful when I had a question about the sizing of one of the items, they got back to me straight away. I always get so many compliments when I wear their pieces, definitely one of my go to brands now! X

One of the girls told me about this brand when I was looking for my birthday outfit and it was so hard picking one! I wasn’t sure what size to get as I hadn’t ordered before but the girls in customer service were so so helpful . They replied to my email right away to check my measurements and tell me what size to get which ended up fitting perfectly. They also made sure it came in time for my birthday and I had so many compliments and messages about where the outfit was from, thanks again! Xx

Absolute scam. I ordered a dress for £40 to then find out it is the exact same one of SHIEN for £7. I compared it to my friend who had the dress from SHEIN. It was identical. When it arrived it had the SHEIN label in that had been cut out and the quality was so poor. They buy all their stock from SHEIN and Ali express and charge triple the price. What made it worse was the £8 next day delivery and then the £5 return you pay just to get a refund. Do not waste your money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. The dress was such poor quality and not true to size. The sizing was so far out that I didn't even try it on. Sent it back in original condition and packaging, refund refused because of marks in the dress - Impossible. Should have read review prior to ordering. AVOID

Awful customer service and the clothes are awful quality, nothing like they look online

I wish I would have read the reviews before buying, I ordered boots from this company. I got email from them saying the boots were out of stock but didn’t refund me. I replied asking for my refund, I was ignored. I had to open a case with PayPal and they still haven’t replied to them. Wouldn’t buy again!!

Ordered a dress from here which I needed by tomorrow, I have paid 10 pound next day delivery on Monday night so should have arrived today before 12. I have heard nothing except it’s been shipped so I go and email them for them to then reply hours later stating that the button has broke and they don’t have any other size for me! Which they only told me this after I have emailed them but have told me it’s been shipped!! Still waiting for a reply now 3 hours later for a resolution. Awful service and awful communication.
