Leather sofas tops had faded. They responded to web enquiry for restoration very quickly. But within 1 week of repair faded areas have started to show up again. Unfortunately my relative was not given a receipt for cash. I have contacted them. Lets hope (not much based on other reviews here) they'll fix it. There is also a lack of contact options either web form inquiry or by emails once established. No telephone numbers.

Same sort of thing for me, Sent a bag away for repair except I paid the £50 by BACS and I did get my bag back BUT they hadn't done anything to it !!!! Same Bag, Same mark and NOT a thing had been done. Now ignoring all e-mails and can't find any details of any head office. BEWARE, it will cost you...

Be aware this is a fake company. I made an enquiry through the contact form on this website, sent photos of my Burberry handbag and they came back with a quote. They picked my bag up using Hermes send it to a company call Leather tech in Spalding. A week later Leather Tech asked for a BACS payment for the work carried out and they would return my bag. On the website its advertises paypal and credit card payment facilities available, when I asked if I could use they never came back to me. I cannot find any evidence on Companies House of a registered owner for either Leathermend or Leather repairs? I thought this was a legitimate company it seems it is not so be very careful. They have stole my £800 bag they never returned it to me or answered any emails. I have reported them to crime stoppers.

I have contacted this website twice now via their online enquiry form and on each occasion I get an automated response with an enquiry reference number and an assurance that they would contact me shortly.
Their first response was 7th August and the second on 20th (after I sent a reminder) - still no response about the repair I was asking about. No other method of contacting them is offered - assume they just choose what work they want and ignore everything else
