Well, I just received my order and had my first taste of Bahama mama loaded tea this morning. I have to tell you that it tastes absolutely delicious. I put it in 36 ounces of water. I use lots of ice and I have to tell you that I enjoyed it very much. To know that it’s packed with vitamins can only do the body good. I will definitely be a repeat customer And speaking of Customer, their customer service is top-notch. They get back to you right away. Give it a try , you won’t be sorry.

OMG! I have been a Pepsi addict my whole adult life. I never could find one diet drink or sugar alternative that didn't have a horrid aftertaste. These taste so strong and so sweet, I was able to turn one packet into 64 oz.
Flavor choice...
40 choices. Even the pickiest person could find favorites. I have gone from drinking 5 cups of coffee a day mainly for the caffeine and using 2 sweet and low in each. That's a whole lot of nasty chemicals.
The price is reasonable and I ordered on the 2cd and received it on the 7th. No waiting a month to get delivery.
They are a very reputable company which is also questionable these days
There is not a single reason to not try these. You won't be disappointed.

This company is definitely somewhere I will go back to again and again as they sincerely care about their customers and it shows in everything they do. Customer service is not only prompt, but they are friendly, knowledgeable and work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied! Not to mention the product itself! Their teas aren’t just a healthy no sugar option for energy and hydration, but they all taste so good! And you can control the flavor with the amount of water you use. Highly recommend!

Ordered twice. Both times they used Dhl to ship and both times it was "misshipped". Leaving us waiting weeks for something that should've taken days.

I bought from The Loaded Tea Shop as a gift to my mama who hates water with a passion, but after she discovered The Loaded Tea Shop actually looks forward to drinking water now!! I didnt see an option//forgot to look closely for a notes section before I hit pay now so I messaged the company and Melanie R was so incredible! I asked if they would be able to write a note to place in the box and while they were unable to, they still wanted to have a role in Mamas’ birthday, so they threw in five extra packets at no cost to me. I was more than happy with just receiving a response that said “im sorry but we cant” but instead Melanie R went above and beyond in making something my mama hates a little more enjoyable. I am going to place an order for myself just to see what the rave is about simply because of Melanie R and her kindness. Thank you !!

These Teas are the absolute best and just what I was looking for. I recently had a mix up with my order and they were right on top of it when I reached out about it, a new order was sent out immediately no questions asked. Prompt and Polite, Great customer service!

I ordered the 20 pack and then 4 add on. I received my Loaded teas and the add on was wrong. I sent a message and they responded so fast and said they would make it right. I didn't expect that. I was surprised. I alkali tried one and it is so good. I love it. I'd rather have it than one of the $12 ones. Thank you so much and I highly recommend. My best friend is ordering her and her daughter some.

I received a second order and a couple of the packets were damp. They were sealed so not sure why. I reached out to the Loaded Tea. They were immediately responding and sent me a new order. I’m impressed with their customer service. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days. I recommend trying the loaded tea. The flavors are so good!

I have never tasted anything like it. It's sweet delicious taste has me telling everyone I know about it every day. It's good for me too? I have drank it every day for 5 months now and stopped drinking coffee. It's also great for my gut on my GLP-1. Amen for this drink!

Four packets of my tea were not up to par on my first order, customer service replied quickly and replaced my order within 24 hours I ordered a bunch of packets and I've only tried a happy camper so far and it's amazing so I imagine all the rest are going to be delicious too. Update, day 5 and every flavor has been fantastic. I make them with 64 oz of water because the flavor is strong and I prefer a lighter flavor but I definitely drink more water

I have loved each and every single tea flavor packet I've ordered! I can't wait to bring these to campus with me and show them to all of my peers! They have definitely helped me save TONS of money!!

Your teas were instrumental in getting my daughter to give up Dr Pepper!! She has most energy (and probably lost a few pounds from no more sugary drinks!

Had a little issue with my address, my fault but the customer service fixed it and I got my order. I am a popaholic and after 4 days of drinking one loaded tea a day I am not craving soda. Amazing products and customer service. Each flavor I've tried is amazing can't wait to try them all!

The flavors are great! My only issue is the overwhelming sweetness. I diluted them but they are still too sweet and then the flavors dilute as well. Customer service regarding returns was fantastic and top notch! I will def buy from them again if they remove the sweeteners.

I placed an order for the new Rocket Pop Loaded Tea because I wanted to try the new flavor with collagen and protein and because The Loaded Tea Shop provides a meal to a Veteran for each packed purchased. When I placed my order I forgot to enter my promo code 2FREETEA. I reached out to The Loaded Tea Shop to see if they would apply the credit to my order. The order was already placed so they were kind enough to send me an extra two packets of Rocket Pop to make up for my error. This means two more free meals to a Veteran who needs it. Couldn't be happier with their prompt response and for making my mistake better for me and the Veterans who will receive the free meal. Thank you so much, love you tea and love your company.

This tea is delicious. I highly recommend. When you want something that is not caffeinated or a soda, this is ideal.
