Still no response from this company despite sending them numerous messages. Order placed on 19 November and item not sent. Very poor website as it has no proper details about the company registration number etc. Only contact is by email but these just get ignored.
I ordered a robe 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The money was taken at the point of ordering. I can track using Shop but it just says the order has been received and they will email when it has been dispatched. No email received. I have tried emailing the company fir further information but still no response.
I came across this site after seeing a few insta Influencers wearing the make up robe. The robe I wanted in colour 'Mocha' has been showing as out of stock for months now. I have tried to contact them to ask when the Mocha robe will be re-stocked. I have DM'd on instagram, sent multiple messages and e-mails via the contact details provided on their website and I have had ZERO replies. I have been trying for months now!!!!
This is AWFUL customer service to simply ignore people. I have also spotted lots of other girls have commented on the make up robes Instagram posts saying the same thing and trying to get this company's attention, saying they can't get ANY response regarding their orders not arriving or re-stocking info!
