These cuff links were everything I could have asked for and more! They came very quickly and were amazing quality!

I ordered some personalized travel bags for my groomsmen the week of my wedding (I’m a procrastinator) and they worked with me and had the best customer service to get the bags in on time and I was surprised at how great the quality was. Will always recommend these guys going forward!

I ordered the Gunmetal Groomsmen Personalized Beer Steins and couldn’t be happier! The quality of the mugs are outstanding as well as the personalizations. I worked with an associate to ensure I received the exact inscriptions and all went flawlessly! I highly recommend this company. Would definitely do business with them again. We needed specific logo'd items and Chris was great at walking me through the process and was genuinely concerned about meeting our needs. His attention and personal customer service put me at ease. The personalized wooded/stainless beverage throughs were a big hit and turned out exactly as I had hoped.

Due to the nature of my company's work, we had a very complicated order. The Man Registry was very helpful every step of the way! They helped me get a customized logo on their duffel bags, answered many questions, sent pictures to help visualize differences, and were always very quick to reply to emails. I used The Man Registry for the first time recently and was very surprised and pleased. The customer service was excellent. I had ordered leather weekender duffle bags for the groomsmen and was happy with the gifts, but decided (at the last minute) to add the dopp (toiletry) bags. I contacted The Man Registry customer service and asked if it was possible to rush the order (within 3 days), embroid the initials and get them to me, they did! I was very pleased and surprised with the excellent customer service. Thank you Man Registry.

The bag itself is great. I've received multiple compliments on it.

However, the best thing was the customer support after a minor malfunction with one of the zippers on the bag. After providing The Man Registry with images of what happened, they shipped out a completely new bag at no cost with the same custom initials.

The Man Registry was the absolute best. As in typical guy fashion I was running behind and needed a few items on very short notice, 5 days to be exact. I messaged The Man Registry and told them of my situation and pretty much said I'd be willing to pay anything to get them as quick as possible. Chris messaged me back immediately and gave me a quote to rush the items. It was a very small fee, I don't think it even covered the expedited shipping. Everything got to me in about 3 days from my order. I was so happy with them that I even ordered from them again after the wedding. Chris was amazing, even checked in after I got my items to ensure I was happy with everything. That personal touch they provided went a long way with me and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Placed an order on a Monday, shipped that Friday, and delivered the following Monday. Received my items in good condition with no damages, engraving looked good, and best of all the names and information was all correct and spelled correctly on the items. My experience with The Man Registry was very satisfactory. I purchased the Personalized Men's Convertible Suit Saver Duffle Bag and there was a shipping issue with the first shipment. Tyler on the Customer Service team was extremely helpful and prompt in his communication with me. He ordered a brand new bag, free of charge, and it was shipped in less than a week, even with a custom monogram. The duffle bag ended up being a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. Being a notoriously bad gift giver, finding something for my groomsman was extremely stressful. Because of this, I procrastinated until the last possible moment. I finally found something I loved from themanregistry, but the last minute nature had me worried since I wanted everything embroidered/engraved.
