Needed a repair to a repair done on my BMW Z4 Fob key that someone on eBay had done badly on. Asked this company if they could repair an attempted repair by another company and they said they would look at it and let me know. Sent key over, next day delivery and day after got an email to confirm that they found previous repairer had not soldered the circuit board correctly and repaired the key that day and I got it back the following day. All working as it should be and at a very reasonable price. Thanks and I thoroughly recommend giving this company a go if you need a BMW Z4 rechargeable key repairing because it had stopped recharging.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. My Chubb lock wouldn’t open or close. I removed it from the door and bits went flying everywhere. Took it all to The Master to find out what could be done. They explained what happened, fixed it, explained how I put it back on the door and hay presto I have a perfect working lock again. Saved me £££ as we all know Chubb are not cheap. Will never go anywhere else ever again.

Excellent service, although my key fob was unrepairable, they ordered new curcuit board and had fob back to me within 2 days, highly recommend.

I have had two very good experiences with The Master Locksmith N13 a couple of years apart. Unfortunately I boil washed my LandRover key along with my trousers rendering it useless which meant I couldn't get in the car even after the fob was dried out and a new battery installed. Remarkably they still managed to retrieve the information from the internal chip and repaired my key fob within 24hrs at a reasonable cost. Two years later the front casing of the fob broke and they were able to replace that while I waited. They know what they are doing for sure and they do it consistently well and at a reasonable price. You couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Pros - Good, friendly service from the locksmith who came around. They did an efficient job and I was pleased with the output.

Cons - I was quoted the call out fee, but what they neglected to mention was that it didn't include the VAT. So when the job was finished, the cost ended up being 20% more than quoted. Not only that, but they also charged me £12 for parking, without asking prior - which if they'd asked, they could have parked in my free space. Therefore I ended up paying £40 more than quoted, which is a third more overall! I'd be careful to check upfront the final cost, so you don't end up feeling cheated out of your money like I did, especially when the job took less than 15 minutes.

After leaving sole set of Mercedes car keys out in the rain, discovered that they no longer worked and how much Mercedes would charge for a replacement. Eventually, i found the Master Locksmith website. I sent my enquiry, they confirmed that they should be able to repair them and gave me a price. When they returned all was well for the first month and then the unlock button stopped working.
I got back in touch and after a brief e-mail with the team, was told to send them back. A fully working key fob was sent by return.
