Not authentic. No serial
I have done a purchase from them for several things. 90 usd went to the wind because their plugin is not authentic and it's very cheap because they have removed the serial number. You'll find that mentioned at the buttom of the page with the tiny font. They have informed me that they write with a tiny font for balance 🤔. You can check yourself all what I have said. I strongly don't recommend them if you look for security or the coorect support and updates from the owner of the plug in. They control what to share with you and not share. Peace out

Regarding your claim:
All of the information you mentioned (including how activation works, licensing, what’s included, and what isn’t) is displayed clearly on the product pages and again during checkout before payment. Nothing is hidden, nothing is in “tiny font,” and we don’t remove or hide information to mislead customers. The products are exactly as described.
Thousands of customers use ThemeCanal safely and successfully, and transparency is a huge part of how we operate. If someone purchases impulsively without reading what they’re buying, that doesn't mean the product or service is illegitimate.

Purposely misdirected to pay for free item
They got me good. Purchased a couple of Bookly add-ons I needed thinking that Themecanal was something simliar to kinguin.net.
Hidden in the small print, however, and the very bottom of the page, they mention that they will only give you the download for the plugin (which is actually available for free directly from the developer) and not a purchase code to activate it. Technically legal under GPL licensing. Nevertheless they're nothing more scavengers. AVOID
