I order a frame for my elderly mum and I was very pleased with the speed in which it arrived and the fast response to an email I sent regarding the order. The frame itself is well made and very sturdy ( my mum loves it ) So overall I am very pleased with service and product and would definitely recommend The Mobility Superstore.

I ordered 4 grab rails late June ,2 arrived 1st July after several e-mails I finally got a answer as to the delay. The final 2 grab rails turned up on the 14th August, it would have been a help if I was kept in the picture, I would most certainly never use or recommend this company.

The site sent the items out before I had closed the lid on the laptop! I went back to them to get more items, and they sent me the link before I had put the phone down! The items were here the next day. Marvellous!

The recent purchase of a 'rollator' style indoor tea trolley for an active 99 year old Aunt, was the best buy ever for her. The Mobility Superstore did what they said they would do, and the equipment arrived in good time well packaged, and at a reasonable price. Good result.

My order was delayed and then delivered even when cancelled they told me it would be collected to return but I still have unwanted itemgetting in the way. Has not been happy experience

Ordered a wheelchair and cushion for 92 yr old nan. Delivered within two days. Unfortunately chair was unsuitable no quibble wheelchair collected, and refunded cheque received . Would recommend and use again.

My husband is paralised down his left hand side due to a brain tumor. We joined the mobilty store. Now he has his freedom and confidence to get around the shops. Brilliant. Thank you mobilty superstore. Its great. It is so easy to join.

I ordered a lighter wheelchair for my elderly mother and was delighted that it arrived so soon. It was just right apart from the seat belt so I got back in touch with The Mobility Sperstore to see what they could do. They immediately arranged for another one to be sent but unfortunately the wrong item was packed. No problem - it was all dealt with very quickly and by return we had the correct item.

Wasn't sure about the size tried calling costumer service but there was no answer, I left a message about the sizing still not sure if i'd chosen the correct one and no one got back to me which resulting in buying a product which is too large. :-(

I choose the wrong size, but I got in changed without any problems.

I am delighted with the wheelchair I recently purchased and it was delivered very quickly. I will return to your site first if I need to buy any thing else.

Got a disability grab rail from them. They had the best selection online. Delivered quickly and rail of good qualit. Pricey for what it is though. Annoyingly rail does not ce with allyhibgs needed to fix it.

Luckily I had some spare sealant around that I used to hold the covering in place.
