The company helped me when I needed it and understood me when I had a hard time paying.

It was very helpfully my loans i will always will come back and taking them.

Firstly, the application process, communication, and overall experience excellent, can't say anything negative about how simple and intuitive to apply with The Money Platform. 10/10.
Now, I have never used a short term loan product before and usually you only hear bad things. I found myself in a financial bind after moving home with the family (wife and 2 young kids) where we had really stretched ourselves financially. My wife took unwell and had to take extended period of time off work and only received statutory sick pay. The Money Platform provided a loan that relieved so much pressure and stress in a timely and efficient manner. 1st class service.
Unfortunately I am one of those many men who do not read anything properly. My payments began in April when I thought they began in May, completely my fault my responsibility my error. I had been working excessive amounts of overtime and the extra income would start being paid in May.
I contacted The Money Platform and they immediately moved my repayment dates to start when I got paid in May. They did this without any additional charges or fee.
Absolutely exceptional support, service, and understanding from this company.
I would recommend them to anyone, and have been doing so.

Brilliant service

Have used a few times and always been a smooth hassle free process. This time I Had an unforeseen problem causing me a lot of stress. Needed a short term solution and they were amazing at resolving that short term solution which relieves me of more stress on top of my original problem. Great help and amazing quick efficient and also empathetic response. Highly recommend

Honestly, the loan helped when I really desperately needed it to keep me on the road and get to work etc and I couldn’t get help from anywhere else. I was going to be late paying aswell but they simply changed the payment date for me after using the online chat to explain. Easy to communicate using the chat request tool. Overall good experience.

I recently lost my job and I explained what had happened and the I have a new job, but I will be paid monthly. They were very helpful and have amended my payments to monthly and to start on my pay day. They are absolutely brilliant and show you empathy and the willingness to help you when things happen out of your control.

They were very understanding of my unforseen circumstances and offered no pressure to myself I received quick Email responses with no negativety well done The Money Platform other companies would do well to take their stance.

I have used TMP multiple times. The service is quick and easy, the money platform have sorted me with loans despite poor credit history. On the occasions when I have been unable to to repay on the scheduled date they have been willing to delay repayment to a date that I can manage. The customer service from TMP is fantastic.

The whole process for applying is so easy, after becoming quite ill I ran into problems with my repayments. Contacted the customer services via email and so easy to deal with, really helpful and couldnt do enough to get me back on track without damaging my credit file . Really recommend this company, so nice to deal with real people that understand life is not always straight forward 10/10
