My family has been using Mutt Hutt since you’ve been open!! My first dog a Lhasa opso Trixi black and white with long hair in her younger years!! Ha ha… until we got a pool and became a lover of swimming!! So she kept her long ponytail cute lil face cut and short hair from then till her elder years!! Your family was so great with her because she was firstly yet was so happy to go to her appointments!!!
Now I rescue Huskies due to my declining health having Mutt Hutt gives me peice of mind!!! I too my 5 Huskies in and even my difficult one you all said she was a good girl that brought tears to my eyes ! Mutt Hutt is full of love and compassion thank you for all your years of being you!!!

Today was the first time Monty had been to The Mutt Hutt. When I went in Olivia asked me my requirements and how I would like him to be groomed. When I collected him, he looked so handsome and exactly how I wanted him to look. He was relaxed and happy too and I could tell it had been a positive experience for him. She told me he had a sore eye that I hadn't noticed and advised me to check it. The atmosphere at The Mutt Hutt was lovely, an ideal environment for keeping the dogs calm whilst being groomed. Thank you so much, I will definitely be bringing my dog back ❤️

Their claims are their website about a safe, calm environment and pets being happy and relaxed from start to finish where what drew us to this place but unfortunately was not what our dog experienced.
When dropping our dog off we found the environmental sounds to be overwhelming and the way our dog was being held by the groomer and how his harness was pulled of him to be concerning. We left him there feeling anxious.
He was there for about 2 hours whilst we waited in our car nearby which seemed an awfully long time and then got a text message saying ‘he won’t be able to have a full groom today as he’s reactive’ and he’d been bathed, dried and his face trimmed.
Our dog had been to another groomer for 3 puppy cuts without issue and he was always happy to return to the place.
When we collected him he was shaking really badly, his face had been trimmed but also a chunk of fur had been shaved out of his leg.
We were shown a video that the other groomer had taken of our dog looking very traumatised and understandably reacting to how he was being treated. This was presumably for them to try and justify themselves but what it clearly showed was a dog traumatised.
I was charged £38 for my dog to receive a poor level of care and understanding and leave shaking. He continued to shake the whole way home where he felt safe from this awful experience.
Don’t believe the claims they make about the care and experience your dog will receive, look elsewhere.
