So much lies it looks.like a joke.

It is very difficult to cancel subscription. It is not possible to cancel on the website, and they have ignored 2 emails I have sent. I will now have to call them but they are only open 10am to 2pm so very inconvenient as this is the time most people are at work! Silly tactics. I've spent too long on this.

I enjoyed reading The New European articles. However, I did not appreciate the experience of being a digital subscriber. The gift upon subscription is only available to UK resident subscribers ... no mention of this in the promotions and for a newspaper that was created in response to Brexit, nice discriminatory gesture to EU subscribers! My subscription was renewed without receiving a warning email like it is customary for online subscriptions. And it was impossible to cancel my subscription directly on my online account. I had to send an email to do so. Once my subscription was cancelled, I no longer get access to the digital articles that I paid for. I am not impressed and will just buy the paper version when I am in the UK.

Had to make a phone call to unsubscribe. No time for grubby tactics like this. Its 2024.

This is a great Newspaper highlighting major EU events with brilliant commentary. Owned by readers in the main therefore doesn't have to confirm to the EU hating British media. A refreshing change news comment without Tory bias ..I love it. Looking forward to rejoining this European community in full. New format disconcerting in the respect that the article's author not mentioned until you open up the story otherwise all brilliant 🇪🇺
