The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. These include, blogs, Success Story’s including interviewee tips, webinars, coaching programmes, the private and exclusive Secret Slimmers group on Facebook to name but only a few. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. I've just completed week 3 and found it so easy to do. The bars and shakes taste so much better than the other meal replacement stuff on the market. I've got a long way to go but never expected to say that I am enjoying my weight loss journey.
There is plenty to choose from, it's easy to order and really fast delivery time. I thought it would be expensive but it's not. I bought a starter pack for £99 which covers all your 4 meals a day for 3 weeks. No further shopping required.

I was looking forward to starting and learning to control my cravings but found some of soups powdery. Shakes lovely but not sure about meal supplements. Still working through them.

Products are 5 star. First time I have used Royal Mail rather than DPD but it will be the last. 48 hour delivery took 4 days and was more expensive. I think you need to review your contract with ROYAL MAIL.

Love the shakes
Love the shakes, every flavour I tried tasted better than the previous one! I was sceptical about the free burger that came with the order but I tried it also and I was proven wrong- it was delicious :)
Would love to get the full two week package in the future and see how it works fully, but it is a bit pricey at the minute so I only substitute my breakfast and most of my lunch with shakes at the minute. I feel full and not lacking energy throughout the day, and also lost 2 kg which is great!
