Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Great customer service, great product!
Unfortunately I received the wrong order. These things happen and although I really needed my delivery, I do realise that mistakes happen, however one email to customer service and the issue was resolved. Received my correct delivery the flowing day and as a "sorry" was gifted some extra packs, which were gratefully received and an unexpected bonus! As for the plan itself, I lost 20 kgs in 2024 between July and December and felt amazing! Managed to maintain for well over a year but this year I realised a couple of kilos had crept back on. So rather than wait until my clothes were too small, I decided to get back on the plan. Already down nearly 5 kgs in 4 weeks, and intend to keep going even though I'm pretty much back to where I was before. This plan is so easy to follow, even more tasty options than before, and I know it works!

New You and Mounjaro - an excellent combination
I have been buying New You for at least 18 months and love the convenience of a quick breakfast or lunch. I am now on Mounjaro and New You has made it so easy to eat protein when I have not felt like eating. The shakes are delicious and I find them very satisfying.

I can honestly say from my own…
I can honestly say from my own experience that this diet works if your looking to lose weight very quickly. It is very low calorie and if you stick to the rules and don't cheat you will see big losses especially in first week but depending on how much weight you need to lose expect losses to slow down thereafter. The packs are small and you will find many that you are not keen on to start with. If you can get through first 3 days and go into ketosis you find that your taste buds do change and I personally like all the shakes but prefer savoury meals as I find I need to chew/eat something as liquid intake is high but if you can reach recommended water intake daily your results will be better. You will have blips along the way but nobody is perfect. I've lost 2 stone in 2 months. You can but give it a try and keep yourself busy with other things. Happy with my results. Good luck x
