Frustrating company with poor customer service
I am truly frustrated with this company.
I place an order of samples on 16th January, this was not dispatched until a week later on the 23rd January.
As of today, 8th February I have emailed 3 times and left a voicemail asking where my order is and if they can help.
NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. I have paid a postage fee for the samples which isn’t a lot but I just expected them to arrive.
Extremely frustrating and very poor customer service.
