I contacted the seller due to a non-delivery of Parker-compatible ballpoint refills. I received a rapid reply and apology and the goods were delivered promptly thereafter.
Godd customer service is sometimes more eevident and appreciated when something goes awry and there is a satisfactory resolution. I would certainly recommend this company.

Online Pen Company sent wrong item, denies it and ghosts me
I was sent a different journal than the one I ordered. I have bought over 6 journals from here over the last few years, but when I received the latest one, the company denied they sent me a different one than was advertised and that I had bought. I sent pictures of my last 6 journals and the recent one purchased and showed how it was different. They denied the photographic evidence and said I got the same one as I ordered. This outright lie caused me to call them out on their underhanded business practices, but they never responded. Just like a coward they ignored everything.
I will never buy from here again, and will turn everyone I know who looks for writing supplies away from this shady organization.

Great gift
The journal was purchased as a gift and looked great. It has some slight damage which happened in transit but I contacted the customer service team who arranged a replacement. It arrived and was perfect. These things happen but what matters is how the company handles it. Lily in the customer service team was great. Would recommend this company
