I have dealt with this company several times and overall have had a posative experience. They have helped me with my problems and always taken into account my personal situation and have been very understanding. Overall a good experience.

Worse than useless
If you live in the UK, perhaps this company can be useful. However, they advertise on line, and pretend to be able to ship devices and supplies elsewhere. I wrote to them, and got one unhelpful response. I wrote again and got no response. Called them, and the very confused person who took my call promised, after some discussion, to get the manager to answer my (rather simple) questions about providing necessary parts for an Inogen oxygen concentrator. I never got the promised response. This was a very frustrating experience, since I depend on the oxygen concentrator I use, and counted on getting an answer from this company. STAY AWAY!
