Instead of one star, I wish I could give a rotten egg to this company. Please beware of these crooks specifically Mr. Nakul Bhardawaj, working as a manager. They have sold me a package of Rs. 1.65 Lacs which is proving to be all wrong. They give you false promises, never to stick to their commitment, pathetic hospitality. We have tried three booking till date and faced challenges each and every time. They give you excuses while booking hotels with the place of your choice. I have visited their office in Nehru Place, started a series of mail chain, requested their customer care executives as well but they all have same kind of attitude. There is no scope of improvement in their service. I requested my money back as but they gave the legal excuses. I am in process of lodging a complaint in Consumer court. Request you all to never invest money in their tricks.
