I want to start off by saying thank you to Mike and his team. I had an emergency outside of the country and I noticed that my passport was going to expire while I was overseas. Mike and his team were able to get all my paperwork squared away and passport renewed in a blink of an eye. I was updated as soon as he knew anything on the status of the process.
