Update: After 11 days, they replied and sent me a free sample with priority shipping, which was very much appreciated. They are clearly still adjusting to a new email system and things sometimes... See more

Always had a good experience with them. You save a lot of money by buying decants and they have a decent selection. Customer phone service is somewhat unavailable right now, but understandable. Shippi... See more

Good product, poor service
The products I received were pricier than most other decant sellers out there, but they also have a much larger selection. The main reason I ordered is because some of the things I wanted I could not find as decants at other sellers. Website is spartan but easy to use.
The reason I only give it average is because of the strange customer service. My order was messed up and was never actually sent. They responded in about 24 hours, admitted to their mistake and gave me a new tracking number.
All that is fine but I've never had a company that has messed up before not even attempt to make it up to the customer. No expedited shipping, no coupon codes for future purpose, nothing. I'm not actually owed any of that, of course. I paid for a product and service and got it. It's just unusual that they wouldn't take that opportunity to smooth over their reputation. I'll definitely be checking other sellers first before attempting another purchase from them.
Ordered 9 samples.
Ordered 9 samples.
Shipping time took only 5 days from when they created the label.
I believe the total time from order was around 6-7 days after payment was made.
Was packaged very nicely and they included a piece of candy.
5 stars!
I didn't see very many reviews of them online, so thought I would included this here.
Two Orders In- Very satisfied
Not sure what the negative reviews are all about but after getting tired of a $250 bottle of Guerlain cologne 1/4 of the way through, I decided to research better ways of spending my money looking for great cologne. Happy to say I found The Perfumed Court and am very satisfied thus far- Both orders were from April 2016- Follow them on Twitter as they have frequent flash sales (wish I had figured that out for my first Order- Saved 22% off my second Order that way)- First order consisted of spray samples of Creed Aventus, Guerlain Santal Royal, Guerlain Vetiver and Dior Sauvage- The order was done online on the 13th and delivered to me on the 18th- They were out of the Sauvage but delivered that a few days later. Similar experience with the second order (more Creed, and Guerlain samples, with several Tom Ford and YSL in for good measure). I'm still going through them trying to decide which is best for which situation but I have to say, this is really a great way to go !! You can tell these are quality decants of original fragrances and I've spent about $100 for what would have cost literally thousands and they last a long time too- I wasn't asked by anyone to write this review or compensated, just trying to spread the word as some of these reviews initially caused me to second guess my first purchase.
Great prices, authentic products and FAST shipping!
I have sampled perfumes many times now from the Perfumed Court and it's been so useful to me! Most of the perfumes I'm interested in cost quite a bit of money-I have spent so much over the years on perfumes that just don't cut it--even if I try them on in a store, so many stores don't want to give you a sample and this is what you really need in order to make your decision. You can't just spritz it on in the store and whip out your credit card.
Thanks to the Perfumed Court, I have gotten decanted scents of some of the best perfumes in the world and been able to wear each a few times--enough to get compliments or complaints and enough for ME to decide whether I love it or not. I just recently bought 5 decants and have put on a different one each day--and I'll be now buying the one that my husband referred to as "pure sex"!!!
Thanks, TPC--you guys rock!
