My mom really liked this for her Mother's day gift.

My dog recently passed and these guys made the best picture of her ever. Can see her always, looking happy and gorgeous.

Do NOT order with this company!! Cheap quality product - frame arrived broken in multiple points, image was blurry and cutoff. Absolutely disappointing!! This gift was meant to be for a 50th wedding anniversary and complete disaster!

Issued complaint multiple times (its been 4 months battling with them for a refund) and nothing provided.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This company is a SCAM company. Ordered a frame for my mom for Mother’s Day and it arrived SEVERELY late and with a broken frame. I paid for the “frame upgrade” and it shows up with a plastic frame. The print is a piece of paper glued to pressed wood backing. TERRIBLE quality. I have been in email correspondence with them for over a month now with NO solution offered. Promises were made via a customer service bot (I am assuming) and NOTHING has been resolved. They keep saying they are expediting my request for a refund but I probably won’t get it at this point. SCAM company with the WORST quality ever. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company EVER.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. I had ordered a gift for my mother for Mother's Day, and still have not received. I have asked for a full refund several times, and just get a bot email saying they have shipped it or are remaking it. There is no phone number, and no actual email for a live human. Mother's Day is long past, and I just want my money back!!

I have filed a complaint for fraud...I would do the same if this has happened to you from this company.

The customer service was horrible. I ordered a gift and never received it. Multiple requests for a refund have been ignored. This company is horribly unprofessional. I would never recommend or repeat order from them again.

Arrived broken and still haven't received my refund. It's been 2.5 months since I placed my order for the frame with "Grandma's Garden" flowers in it. It took weeks to arrive, but the dark frame arrived broken. I had to pay to get another one at a Michaels store in order to give my mom her gift on Mother's Day. The company continues to tell me that they're "working on" refunding me "as soon as possible" but its been at least a full month that I've been waiting for this refund, with little to no responses from the company.

Terrible company….
I ordered two personalised phone cases for different size phone.
It took 2 months to arrive so it was a very belated Christmas present.
After 2 weeks, the print rubbed off….
After a very slow correspondenc, two new cases were eventually sent…. Both for the same size phone!!!
I have sent numerous emails explaining I no longer want the cases and after 3 months had to purchase new ones but they refuse to refund!!!
I have two phone cases for one phone and it’s personalised so no good for anyone else!
Useless and very frustrating

Appalling company Can’t advise you strongly enough to avoid using them. I was given a voucher for Christmas . The website simply wouldn’t accept the voucher. When I finally got an answer I was told I had to use the email the voucher was sent to as the contact email. This did indeed work however all communication was then sent to an email which wasn’t mine and it seems isn’t often looked at, despite me telling them not to use it as the contact email. I did not get to see the proofs and they were printed without my approval. All the shipping information went to the other email I returned from holiday to find the pictures which were damaged on my doorstep but because you have to raise an issue within 24 hours, I could do nothing about it. And then astonished to discover they had travelled all the way from India!! No wonder they were damaged If I hadn’t been given a voucher I wouldn’t have placed an order. It was painful from the start . Just don’t !!!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, bought a pet canvas for my husbands Christmas present. Paid an extra £20 for the walnut frame, which was plastic,arrived broken and without any glass or plastic cover. I've since been trying to get a refund,it's now 1st February, and still nothing,they just keep saying that they have escalated my case. They have no telephone contact details, so looks like I will never get money back.

I was once again avoiding to write a review but once again getting harassed to write a review so here we go.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Once they have your phone number and email believe me you will not get rid of them.
They ignore your emails apart if you want to add stuff to your order.
It was the most expensive canvas we have ever ordered.
Cheap quality, not the best quality image at all. Both canvas ended up directly in the bin.
Cheap quality for high prices

This is the worst company to do business with. Extremely high priced for what you get. The images are somewhat like you see BUT they are not on canvas (supposedly you have to "upgrade" after you place your order to have them actually on canvas). "Walnut" frames are actually cheap plastic frames. You could find better ones at the Dollar Store, yet they charge you $20 for them. If you are looking for something like this, you'd be better off finding a company in the US that does them.

This company is a big FRAUD!!!! Sent me 2 different tracking numbers after about 6 emails.....one said delivered to Ohio on Dec 31st 2023.....I live in NJ...THEN 2nd email sent Lanark Uk....they told me.to check with local post office there if i didn't receive????? Again not my address or country....this company Is a joke .....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Ordered 2 canvases for Christmas and received them in January.No answer on emails. Horrible quality,made somewhere in India even that company presenting itself UK based.Very disappointed

Instagram Adds they put out look nothing like the “proof” they put out. Apparently they can’t make them like the adds, so false advertising.

Close down the website, absolute crooks. Partner left with no present due to their idiocy.

The company is real however people be aware of the reality of the quality you receive & awful customer service - received a ridiculous draft which is £45.

Ended up getting American Express to refund via chargeback as they refused.

Do your research before purchasing from this company.
The ads are misleading with their suggestion of a pet portrait painting, they even go so far as to say that they are digital paintings in the comments on some of their ads especially in response to some comments asking if they are painted or photos. They are not. In the FAQ on their website they use some garbled nonsense to suggest that their teams make your image into a glorious wonderful digitally painted pet portrait. I'd go so far as to say they're probably using "topaz labs" or something very similar (have a look at creative market for "oil painting actions") as an add-on to Photoshop, which converts a photo into a brush like stroked "painting" the reason they want an HQ photo is because the actual look of your photo after this process usually only works well on high quality photos to begin with. If you're happy to pay for a pet portrait that has literally had a "filter" added to it then sure; purchase away. But if you're looking for something better for your money; I wouldn't recommend this company. It's misleading you.
