Pet Pit dog coat
We ordered a dog coat, the coat was too small (our own fault) but have emailed/messaged the pet pit several times with no reply. We have been asking for a returns label to get a refund or to swap for larger size. No response from any of our emails over last several weeks. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company.

A positive update on my post from 6 days ago
I have already posted about this company but have now had my money back - not from The Pet Pit but from Visa Debit. I rang my bank and they referred me to Visa. I spoke with them for 30 mins answering some questions ….. the money was back in my account within 2 hrs!!! Now THAT’S what I call excellent service 🥳. Highly recommend everyone tries this.

100% scam
100% scam - have been waiting 3 weeks now for a jacket! Emailed them at least 20 times with no response! Stay well away - absolute scum. Il have to suck up the cost of the jacket and go somewhere else.

Only one review for this company but can completely back it up - other than the fact I never received my order despite contacting the ‘company’ multiple times - am now having to raise the dispute with Klarna. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS - either a scam or extremely poorly run company leaving customers without product but having money taken

**Update finally got in contact after my last message stated I'd be taking it to trading standards if I did not get a response by the end if the day. Reply said it was a faulty zip - I'm sure they used this excuse for someone else and said they would refund me. I received this into my bank yesterday 23/01 (surprisingly).
The same issue as the person below.
I have sent several direct messages chasing my order for an update followed by an email and I have had no correspondence back.
Not an impressive customer service experience.
