Clear expectation management , prompt service

The Phonelab Utrecht helped me recently replace the battery and front camera of the Samsung S21 Ultra. There was clear communication throughout the process via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. During the repairs, they tried to check if the front camera could be cleaned up instead of being replaced. Overall, a great customer-centered experience.

I had a great experience at Phonelab Utrecht. I had put my phone in the washing machine and thought it was beyond help. They assisted me very kindly and were able to look at it within a few hours. And they made it work! Of course I would have been happy to pay for this service, but because no extensive reparations where needed, it was free of charge. Thank you so much, I will come back if it is ever needed

The man who helped me was very kind. The repair time was right on time. He even put the phone on the charger so I could use it right away.

Same day service. Took a little longer than promised as two out of three of the employees were missing that day. My device was done an hour later as indicated. The person who repaired it was very friendly and took good care of my device. Things were explained well.

4 stars. One down simply because the place is not suitable for ppl in a wheelchair. They have a ramp for the 20 cm treshold on the outside bit not for the inside. They where able to help me just outside the door so that was fine. Needed a replacement battery for my iphone 13 pro max. Was way to early for my appointment but the managed to fix it in between while I went for a stroll around the city. Phone works like a charm again. Very friendly and able staff. Good expeerience

Great service, always honest and up front. Checked my whole device for 2 days and when the issue that was found ended up being a very expensive repair, they decided not to charge me for the 2 days of testing and cleaning already done.

The employee wasn’t arrogant and actually listened to my thoughts on what might be causing my iPhone’s boot looping. They explained the options clearly upfront, no surprises, and did exactly what they said they would. My phone had internal issues, and it would’ve been easy to make up a story and charge more, but they didn’t. They just fixed what needed fixing to get it working again, like I asked.

Being from South Africa I didn't know where to go when I experienced a problem with my laptop keyboard. Made a booking easily online for the same afternoon and when I arrived I got friendly and fast help, really appreciated.
