Best service from The Planet Server

I don't know for how long time was the server down and I also don't know how quickly they fixed it as I could not check it but I experienced their response time to my email, after five minutes I got their response, an administrator was already looking for the problem. We use The Planet Server Hosting since several years and we had always very good experience with their support but such a breathtaking and friendly response, I have never experienced before. That's worth gold, congratulation! Really excellent!
